Data processed
This website does not contain contact forms. The only personal data processed by the Data Controller is the data users provide voluntarily when contacting the company by phone (+39 0881 377590) or email (info@amonenergy.it, amonenergy@pec.it).

The Google Analytics 4 service is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which processes the data as an independent data controller for its own statistical measurement purposes. The legal basis for processing is the user's consent, revocable at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. The cookies set are _ga (visitor identifier, 24-month duration) and _ga_<CONTAINER-ID> (session status, 24-month duration).
The Contacts page includes an interactive map (OpenFreeMap, via the maplibre-gl library): to display it, only the map tile images are requested from the server tiles.openfreemap.org, which receives the IP address needed to serve them but sets no cookies or trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
Data provided by phone or email is processed solely to respond to the user's request, on the basis of the Data Controller's legitimate interest in managing incoming business contacts or, where applicable, the pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the request and any resulting business relationship, subject to statutory tax and accounting obligations.
